Program

Juujarvis family assistant is a private, non-commercial assistant operated by Heikki Taavettila for members of one household. It sends replies to questions and reminders requested by family members by iMessage, email and text message (SMS) from a private number given to family members by the operator.

Eligibility and consent

Only household members who opted in (by texting JOIN to the Juujarvis number) receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase; nothing is sold.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with use, typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Help and cancellation

Text HELP to the Juujarvis number for help, or email info@taavettila.net. Text STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Text JOIN to subscribe again.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Juujarvis is provided as is, without guarantees of availability.
